Boys with Beignets

I headed to New Orleans on business. Ironically, I had been planning a trip to the Crescent City with my boys. It’s a place everyone should experience at least once in their lives. This would be my fifth time there.

My plans came together rather suddenly, which didn’t give my wingmen much time to make their own plans. Unfortunately, my older son, Ben, was unable to make the trip. However, his brother Jack was quick to confirm that he’d be stoked to come along.

We had a great time. The weather could not have been more perfect. New Orleans climate can be debilitating if you’re there at the wrong time of the year, but the late winter/early spring timing of this visit ended up smiling on us: no humidity, temps in the low 70s.
